telus confirmed recently that they will be launching the HTC Surround 7 and LG Optimus 7 on November 8th, which doesn't come as much of a surprise since it was announced early on that Canada would get a simultaneous launch to the U.S. for many Windows Phone 7 devices, but still nice to get confirmation. The great news coming out of the press release, however, is the pricing, which is set at $99 for either device on a 3 year term (voice + data over $50/month). If you're looking to be one of the first in Canada to have a Windows Phone 7 device, make sure to head to a telus location nice and early on the 8th to get your preferred device.
