Mobilicity(Dave Wireless) published a press release today stating they are close to the launch of their network, which will first be offered in Toronto this Spring. They also have plans to roll-out the network in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, and Ottawa sometime following the initial launch in Toronto.
Also in the press release, it's stated that Mobilicity intends to "bring consumers truly unlimited plans with unbeatable value". Currently no other Canadian carriers offer completely unlimited data usage without throttling speeds, so it will be interesting to see what Mobilicity brings to the table.
