telus launched the INQ Chat 3G some time ago, and have now made it available on their prepaid service. The INQ Chat 3G features a 2.2" (320 x 240) display, full QWERTY keyboard, 3.2MP camera with autofocus, along with GPS and Facebook/Twitter integration. The Chat 3G's memory can be expanded up to 8GB via microSD card, and is available now on telus' prepaid service for just $149.99. If you activate on a new prepaid account, telus will also throw a $25 credit your way, sweetening up the deal a bit.
