Microsoft has announced its new cellular in Windows Mobile 5.0. This cell is based on a principle, that of a very low blow. It was destined for markets in the poorer countries. But Microsoft expects to launch on the planet completely. I suspect that we Canadians with the delay that we acknowledge, will be courted by Microsoft.
