Virgin Mobile France launched plans without unlimited commitment. Virgin Mobile is a virtual operator (using existing networks) offers packages of voice and unlimited SMS from Friday noon to Monday noon. That package seems to be a novelty in France is translated into a package evening and weekend in Canada. This is not new puisqu'ici Fido, before being bought by Rogers, offered a true unlimited plan 24/24 7 / 7 in the major urban centers in Canada (Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver)
