Samsung Galaxy Gio officially available from Bell and Virgin Mobile

Over the weekend, we let you know that the Samsung Galaxy Gio launch was delayed on Bell and Virgin Mobile, but was expected early this week. It has now officially launched, and is available from both carriers. Pricing differs between the two quite drastically, with Bell offering it up for $29.95 on a 3 year term, or $249.95 contract-free. Virgin Mobile has it listed for much less, with SuperTab/3 year pricing coming in at $0, and an outright price tag of just $149.99.

The Gio is an entry-level Android(Froyo) handset, featuring a 3.2" (320x480) touchscreen display, and 3.15MP camera. It is powered by an 800MHz processor, and offers connectivity including Wi-Fi (b/g/n, hotspot), bluetooth, and GPS.
