Rogers and LG seem to have partnered up to offer a variety of Android devices, including the Optimus Pad and Optimus 3D. According to more leaked information, it looks like they will be releasing an entry-level Android handset for those looking for a more affordable option. The LG Phoenix has a 3.2" (320x480) touchscreen display and a 3.15MP camera. The Phoenix is powered by a 600MHz processor and runs on Android 2.2 Froyo. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi (b, g, and hotspot), bluetooth, and GPS.
No word yet on pricing, but it will likely come in under $100 on a 3 year term. We'll be sure to keep you updated on any more news regarding the upcoming LG Phoenix.
